I'm curious how this works with 'delayed' (longer than expected?) deliveries, when my VIN assigned and all steps opened a couple weeks ago, I've already signed all the paperwork, the credit union has sent them the check, but I'm still driving my trade-in around and I wouldn't anticipate taking delivery for weeks. I'll be over 1000 miles in about a week. Hmm...So originally I had a quote for trade-in that expired on July 4th. When I went through the purchase process this weekend, at the Trade-In step, I told it to use my previous trade I had entered. However, since it had expired, it couldn't find any. It then locked me out from re-entering my trade-in info again. Someone was supposed to call me back today to reset the trade-in screen. However, I was in the area of my SC yesterday, so I talked to them and they were able to reset it for me. If you just re-enter the trade-in info when you get to that step for purchase, you shouldn't have any issues. Just make sure not to try to have it find your old one.

Well that’s self-reported in this forum. I’m assuming in reality there’s a ton more. But at least it’s a small sample of the data. The small number of orders in New England, NY, and NJ is so weird to me.
