Critical Battery Issue -Service Vehicle Immediately

First time R1S owner, purchased two weeks ago... Left this morning on first long road trip and got critical battery issue at Tesla L3 charge station. Heard a loud pop, unplugged the cable and Rivian issued the critical battery issue - service vehicle immediately message then battery eventually died and vehicle locked up.

I’m having it towed to a service center. Rivian’s have safety fuses that blow when there is an electrical event like this right? Am I looking at a quick turnaround to get this fixed or am I hosed and will need a complete battery replacement? Curious what things are going to cost and repair times…

Sounds like the HV battery is protecting itself from something. I know the Gen 2 packs are more serviceable than a Gen 1. But I would say, worst case HV battery replacent
