Looks like order timestamp and location are primary and then current owners would be a tie breaker….. They are just not clear on the level of the time stamp, are they sequential by location or are the doing groupings by day or hour….Hate to break it to current R1 owners who reserved day one but you're going to get passed up by non-owners. Looks like no one else here noticed the statement:
"Current Rivian owners will receive accelerated delivery timing, balanced alongside deliveries to non-owners to keep the line moving for everyone."
I'd guess this is due to them being able to batch deliveries by location regardless of ownership status. This could even mean those that ordered later may still get priority. Yikes! At least they are up front about it.
We will see how it plays out, I got my credit card confirmation on 3/7/2024 at 10:04 AM PST so I would think my time stamp should be pretty good.

Your reservation timestamp and delivery location are the primary factors that determine when you receive your invite. Areas surrounding Rivian Service + Demo Centers will generally receive invitations sooner as this allows us to deliver vehicles more quickly in the early ramp.
A few additional factors we take into account:
R1 Owners
Current Rivian owners will receive accelerated delivery timing, balanced alongside deliveries to non-owners to keep the line moving for everyone.
