So dumb I thought they would actually mention a hack like permanently unhooking the ride height sensors from the control arms and setting the height that way.

I did it side to side, inadvertently.

I wanted to try leveling for the first time, and didn't realize how long it takes for it to return to "normal" height.

Leveled it with one side on a curb.

And it stayed like this for a couple of minutes before returning to normal. Don't plan for any quick getaways when you're like this haha.

They're definitely struggling. Not only for content, but also just to stay relevant and generate revenue. It's too bad. Getting my C&D in the mail every month used to be something I really looked forward to. Had a subscription for probably 20 years, but it just doesn't make sense in this day and age. Ended up cancelling my renewal about 5 years ago.

I do this with ramps to help load larger motorcycles in the bed. You can drive off the ramp and if a door is open, it doesn’t try to re-level. With judicious use of a curb you can almost get the tailgate on the ground.

Car and Driver must have been desperate for content that day. Using Camp Mode on a steep hill just to force a "squat" is hilarious but ridiculous. The truck is just trying to do its job and keep the cabin flat. It's a funny workaround, but calling it a deliberate hack is a stretch.
