It really doesn't make that much difference, just get the color you want to see every time you walk up to your rideOne advantage of white in hotter climates is that it reflects heat more than any other color.
Lifelong FL native, I've parked in driveways, theme park lots, at docks in the Keys where the vehicle sat for 12 hours all day in some insane direct sun and heat, I've had white/yellow/red/black/silver/gray/orange, hardtops, convertibles, etc., like 20 or so vehicles even in the last 24-25 years or so.
Nothing made enough of a difference where I would've ever considered a color because of temps. Have 5+ years of EV ownership, that also wasn't notable affected by the color.
Funny enough, the car with the most heat resistance is the current, dark gray BMW iX, even with the huge windshield and electrochromic roof, because of the killer thermal heat management they've applied (various glass treatment, coatings, etc.)
With an EV, just open the app, tap-tap-tap, the car will be cool by the time you get there
