Do you mean literally corners as in 90 degrees? Or curves? Because ANY slowing for highway curves is maddening and unsafe. That needs to be stopped, or let us disable it. Being on a winding interstate and suddenly the car drops 5 mph is insane.
I'm talking any curve that it knows you can't take at the speed you are going and still be able to steer thru it. Most of my commute is rural and taking 20mph corners at 55 or more that it does without vision just doesn't cut it.

Maybe they’ve fixed the problem of slowing from 70 to 65 on a curvy interstate? I’ve also had it tell me to take over because it lacks torque, but kept the speed, which is the right thing to do.

Works really well the few times I've used it over the past day. Much more natural feeling that the stock system. Seems to only slow you down enough to take the curve more safely. Didn't feel jarring to me, but I need to test it in some more areas.

Give it a shot. If you don't like it you can always turn it off.

Wait, there's an option to turn off speed changing for curves? I never found one.

(It's a long story, but I've been without the comma for three months and not up to date on changes, and won't have my truck back until this weekend.)

SP is going thru rewrite and yesterday they dropped a new staging build with lots of goodies and MORE to come.

Since you've been without the vehicle that long - for sunnypilot you'll want to use sunnypilot/staging for the build path. They've simplified the build names master, dev, staging.

Lukas' xnor builds are only for development at this point and once tested, the changes will get merged into sunnypilot.

Well, and I need to order a new Comma, and a new device-side Janka mount... Sigh. But thanks for helping me catch up, Discord can be so much to keep up with!

I don't suppose single-cable longitudinal is a thing yet...

No, not quite yet. Lukas was working on it, but he's got so much going on.

Does anyone know which model to use with Sunnypilot that will keep the vehicle in the center of the lane or slightly left of center? Mine frequently wants to ride the right line which is a real pain when I do most of my driving in the left lane on the interstate. I have tried several models with no clear winner.

I use Down to Ride v6. I've also heard turning off Live Learning Lateral Delay can also help with this.

Along with turning it off, you can make some adjustments to see if that helps. I've not been successful in making any real change this way, but others have. I used mostly gWMv8 for most of my trip last week and it did pretty well (when my AXM wasn't complaining).

Speaking of driving models, I’ve been trying out several models trying to find one that is stable laterally and doesn’t hug the center line. When I switch models should I also recalibrate? And how long should I drive with that model? I’ve been testing each model on a 4-lane highway for about a mile before I give up on it. Is that too soon?
