There's a thread around here somewhere, but I'm pretty sure the Gen 2 Large and Max packs are NMC, and the Standard is LFP.
RJ said in a recent interview something about LFP for the Vans, as well, since the additional mass wasn't a huge issue there. But AFAIK no plans for LFP on the Large or Max.

it is an NMC pack, using the Samsung 53g 2170 cells.
