I went to a RAN station today on my way home from being out of town for the weekend. When I arrived at the site, there was one additional vehicle charging (driver gone somewhere - probably at the adjacent shopping center). I parked and started charging and also made my way to the shopping center to use the restroom.
When I returned to my vehicle (10 minutes later or so) a third vehicle had arrived. (This is a 6-charger site).
the third vehicle had pulled into a spot that is VERY CLEARLY marked with signage asking for it to be the last spot used as it is ADA accessible. The vehicle had no indication that it had a need to use that spot (no placard or license plate with handicap indicators) and their were 2 other spots open that should have been used instead. What took it over the top was that they had thrown a used diaper into the middle of the parking spot, which I could tell was theirs because it wasn’t there when I pulled up originally and they had a child’s car seat in their vehicle.
If this was you, do better. If this wasn’t you, don’t be like this person!
I meant to snap a photo but forgot.
