Quad Lock MAG Phone Mount - 3D Print STL download

I use a Quad Lock case on my iPhone for cycling and wanted a mount for the Rivian. I used the designs posted here and made my version that lets you attach the Quad Lock MAG wireless charging head directly to the mount. You can pop the iPhone on and off and it's held very securely while charging.

Print in PETG, it's flexible enough for installation. PLA and ABS will break while installing. I added a threaded hole in the center so that the included screw with the Quad Lock MAG head can be used without any additional hardware. Use a brim and support on built plate, with gear facing up.

I just paid Craftcloud $19.99 to print me one. Don't have it yet, but the process was trivial: Download STL file from here, upload there, pick your finish, and pay. Will report back if this fails me.

I have years of experience with car parts in various vehicles. PETG will probably survive where you live, it will absolutely not last one single day here in summer. BTDT. My go-to for car parts that survive, and ultra strong, and look fantastic is Sainsmart PA-CF (nylon carbon fiber filament). You can't hurt it. And you can anneal it if desired, but for car parts I've found it's strong enough as is.

Oh, I've seen those, thanks! But I don't think those would work with Quad Lock's system. =(

??? I'm not sure what part you think won't fit? Also in general everything is adaptable to everything with just another ball or AMPS pad. In this case, the QL charger is already a ball mount.

Look carefully at the spec, I think the QL is 20mm, and the printed part I linked to is 17mm. But you can buy a 17-20 arm easily. I don't really like QL so I didn't look deeply but in the back of my mind I feel like I saw 20mm.

They have 1" options too.

It's overkill for most of the time, but it beats the phone falling off and bashing into your knee while driving which has happened more than a few times to me.
