I agree, seems like a miss to have an aftermarket bumper that isnt winch capable. I feel like I've seen way more asks for a winch mount than a bumper that just looks cool.

Appears to be the case. That sub is 100% quantity over quality and moderation is a joke. Over the years many vendors have promoted their wares.
