That is actually the one we have in my wife’s car. We got a different one for the Rivian so we could have a split seat option and the one linked is the wrong split for the Rivian.

Many many of us got generic responses from Rivian along the lines of "This is a MapBox issue, sorry" which is why we go through the link provided. The link is not specific to either subscriber or user. I just edited something 2 minutes ago.

This is not a Rivian issue. MapBox provides the mapping data for Rivian. If you have an issue with the map in anyway, report it here.

Sound to me like you don't want the Rivian. If that is the case, there is no point in taking delivery. You missed the window when the value of the Rivian was above your purchase price. At this point, even taking delivery and instantly trading it you would lose money.
