Every Jeep Wrangler has bolts on the outside.

These seem much more fake looking. Body color painted bolts and hinges on the outside don't seems as utilitarian as i think they were once intended to be.

The rotary knob has been commonplace with Dodge, Jeep, and Ram's for years. Having owned many, you don't need to look at it to know what gear you're in.

I'll take your word for that, but if you're going to go out of your way to put a big old dedicated rotary gear selector down on the center console divider.. why not just go with the standard "T" handle shifter that has been used since the 1960"s in millions of vehicles? Just seems an odd choice IMO because the ever popular Jeep Wrangler still use the "T" handle shifter.

Sure. But just noting that you cannot take the doors off if they are locked.
