R1S Gen 1. Car won't reset.

Nothing plugged in, tried info reset as speaker quit working after a detail. Finally got around to trying.

Tried hard reset (steering wheel button/flasher) nothing.

Is there another option?

Are you parked? Have you restarted the vehicle before successfully? You have to hold the left steering wheel button and hazards button for many seconds to get the prompt.

Yes, parked. Never did a reset before. I did the buttons.

Any connectivity issues (LTE, WiFi)? The only time I had a problem with a hard reset, it turned out the TCM module had failed, and for reasons I can't recall, the R1 wasn't able to run a full reset if LTE/GPS was not functional.

WiFi works. I even added Connect+ to see if it would help.

I know this sounds dumb. Have you kept the hazard button and far left toggle depressed until the vehicle restarts? Not just pushing them together.

No audio at all. So if phone rings the car thinks the speaker is on and you hear nothing. Same with playing Sirius from bluetooth. It believes it is working but not. Volume control makes no noise.
