What did it cost and did you calibrate it to 21 or 22 inch wheels?
21” since that’s closest to 20” and the same tire diameter (275/60R20), cost was $0 since they were there for something else…

I went from stock 22s to 275/65/20 and my speedo got more accurate, without any calibration ?

My R1T speedo against GPS, it has always shown a couple of miles faster than actual speed, when at highway speeds. Seems like almost every car I can remember owning had some discrepancy, reading almost always to the high side, by a wee bit. Better than the other way, I suppose.

To answer speedo Qs, all calibrations are 2mph under real speed.

Why not go 22" and get more accurate guessometer? I regret going 21s for that reason.

yeah, wish I did, lie-ometer is totally overestimating range now…just figured that 21 is closer to 20 than 22…my TezLab data is looking strange now too…hopefully the self-service option will be here in a couple months

Speedos show +1 MPH(car is slower than speed shown) as per NHTSA regulations. The Odometer should be(is, if you're running the right tires) spot on. You can verify that with GPS navigation.

My R1T (20AT Dark) has been showing 2mph over actual speed driven ever since I got it. Confirmed by benchmarking every radar speed indicator i can see, and Google Mapsn/nav while driving. Haven't had it confirmed by any LEO (yet)...

Good news!
Took mobile tech about 5 minutes to change the setting, speed/odo now recalibrated!

It sure would be nice if Rivian would just insert code to allow us to calibrate via a certified 1 mile or 10 mile section of road. As a point of reference, 40 years ago, I installed an aftermarket device that allowed me to do that in my Nissan 4WD pickup. That way, no matter what tire/wheel (or what tire pressure or tread wear) is on the vehicle, it can be accurately set to the give correct odometer and speedometer readings.
Readings that are 2mph off are just barely making the NHTSA requirement. If one's tire pressure were to differ substantially, it could end up outside the spec.
Per NHTSA: "The specification for speedometer needle accuracy is +/- 2 MPH at any given speed when looking straight at the needle."
NHTSA also appears to expect that a digital speedometer would be more accurate:
"Digital readout devices, such as "Digital Speedometer" on
the DIC, are direct readouts of the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) and their accuracy is much greater. Tire size, tread life and inflation may
cause some variation in the readings."
