I got the same call for my R1S picked up in June 2023. I got a mobile service appojntment scheduled even though I am about 5 hours away from the nearest service center. They didn't seem to care, but I will wait and see if they follow through. And my NACS adapter is arriving on Tuesday!
When did you confirm address?

Just received a phone call this afternoon from Rivian to schedule me for a mobile service appointment to proactively replace my 12 V battery. They said they will be reaching out to people with early/mid 2023 builds to get their 12V batteries replaced. I have a 2023 R1S built 06/23 delivered early 8/23. 13700 miles, no 12V issues yet. Appointment scheduled for 10/21. Also got my confirm preferred delivery address email for the NACS DCFS adapter last week. Thanks, Rivian! This is excellent customer service.
Do you have the dual 12V battery system, or had they already moved to the single battery for your R1S?

2023 R1S April 2023 build date, no call yet. I do have an appt for another issue on the 25th, and will definitely inquire about the battery.

3/23 build, no correspondence yet either. Is there a way that we can easily check the 12V battery health ourselves?
Technically the vehicle is monitoring it and if it drops out of spec, you'll receive a message via your app or it'll show up on your display in the truck.

That said, the amount of relative forewarning seems to vary. Some seemingly continue to use the truck for a period of time (weeks before mobile service is available) where others fail within days.

I took delivery at the end of March 2023, so I'll keep my eyes and ears open.

I’m seeing some weird activity via Electrafi on my ‘23 R1S. Usually I see 0% battery drain during sleeps with an occasional 1-2% but I’m seeing 0.41% just about each time. It recovers on the next wake/idle. No range loss during sleeps but just odd that this just started happening. I will keep monitoring it.
Try this. Charge it to 80% BEFORE going to bed at night and unplug it. I wonder if that charge-up time will also serve as 12V top-off and then the car can 'sleep through the night'.

For comparison, my truck sleeps comfortably through the night with zero wakes with a couple of 12V batteries AND with Bluetooth disabled on my phone + Lock/Unlock Disabled at Home set in the truck.

If I enable Bluetooth on my phone, even with the truck unlocked, it will trigger a wake event.

If I recall correctly, I do experience a longer sleep period after a charge. I can look back to see how long it was. As you can see from my screenshot, the long sleep period does not repeat itself like yours.

Also got a call here last week to schedule a mobile service to replace the 12v. April 2023 delivery R1T with 14.8k miles.

Just my luck... May 2023 delivery R1S with 21K miles. The car just bricked over the weekend due to 12V system. Got 0 warnings, just woke up in the morning to see the notification on the app, and the car unresponsive.

Exactly what happened to me last night. Extremely frustrated. What is your solution? I'm 2-3 hours from nearest service center and phone help was "unsure" if it can be replaced with a mobile appointment.
