What is the typical turnaround time for service, especially in the PNW?

Asking because my vehicle is currently in the shop, going on 26 days now since drop off to take care of several issues (seat sensor, misaligned door handle, parking sensor, trim).

Delay is starting to feel annoying and getting tired of driving a non-EV rental. Wondering that other options I have since service center does not have a Rivian loaner that would help making waiting more bearable.

My name is Mike, and I have a (car) problem
Turnaround in the Bay Area is about 1.5 weeks, based on my current experience.

If you got an Enterprise rental, text them back and ask for an upgrade to an EV and they'll get you into one if they have in stock.

I was given a Ram (needed a truck) and checked 3 days in, switched to a Silverado EV.

Are you in Seattle or Portland? Portland has been extremely prompt on repairs to my R1S. I cannot speak about Seattle as I have never used it.

Truck is at the Bellevue service center.

There are SC in Seattle and Auburn but getting an appointment there was also long.

The service adviser at Bellevue said they typically have 100 vehicles at the SC queued up on premise. Doesn’t make any sense to hold onto a customer vehicle until they are ready to work on it. Seems like a fail in terms of logistics unless I’m missing something.

Wow, I guess I shouldn't complain as mine has only been in the shop now going on 12 days. Although, mine involved all of the initial delivery items that we found and put requests in for and they were mostly cosmetic. We also had the entire passenger side that needed panels aligned as well as, a couple of dents that needed to be taken care of. Hood needed to be aligned too. It also went in for a driver + issue, where the system intermittently disabled depending on how warm it was that day. Had a TPMS sensor that was intermittently working as well. They had to replace the body wire harness, since they found multiple areas that needed to be repaired. Asked for an update just earlier today and am waiting for a response, since they said they should be near completion and QC testing today. Unless, there are additional service items that have to be addressed too. I should be able to pick it up by the end of this week hopefully.
However, I did end up with an EV rental, which at least helps keep my driving costs down.
Mine is at the Seattle SC location, which I prefer over the Bellevue location, because it's a much larger facility.

Good to know. I might have to try scheduling in Seattle for future service. Thanks

Only 14 more days until you can file for Lemon Law in the state of Washington, FYI.

From my understanding after reading the Lemon Law. It sounds like it's cumulative of 30 days. Unless, I'm not understanding that correctly. If that's the case, I have 18 more to go on mine. LOL
