New Vegan Leather Wireless Phone Charger

Howdy all!

We have updated our Premium Wireless Charger to now have the bowl wrapped in Vegan Leather. Now those of you really into that late night leather can enjoy it on your wireless charger as well.

This results in a cleaner look on the charger and matches more of the newer interiors we are seeing from Rivian. No extra cost on the charger front just a quick swap to a new design.

I have the original one - just the 3d-printed bowl that looks pretty old .... is there any upgrade path for previous owners? Can we just buy the replacement parts?

We offer an upgrade path for those who bought the our original premium charger. It requires the electronics that was supplied with that charger.

Send us a DM and we can send a link for the upgrade.

It is somewhat sad to need third party solution for defective wireless charger that Rivian should have fixed in 2nd gen.

Did the custom topo options go away?

They’ll be back in a few weeks. I’m in and out of my shop a lot with the summer, so we couldn’t get custom topos out in a timely manner during this time.

Ok cool! Becuase it wouldn't make sense for me to live by Lake Tahoe and not have a custom topo of Lake Tahoe.

As a heads up. The gen2 charger is still being redesigned. The prototype had some issues that was not forseen due to some changes rivian made. We are close though. Hopefully will show off a prototype soon.

It's made of pleather but don't tell anyone else. Shhh.

Vinyl, PU, Pleather, Vegan are generally al the same. The automotive industry gets their cues from the clothing industry that has been using "Vegan Leather" for over a decade. With the right treatments, this material can mimic some very nice animal products (rough out, suede, silky pig, etc) for some savings in cost and a lot of time (no animal processing).
