I feel the same. It should be standardized across all Service Centers so that new vehicle owners don't feel that they got "something less".This is a point Ive kept to myself. I didnt want tk sound whiny. It felt weird that some people got stuff and others didn’t. I didnt need anything but the optics were weird. Also they screwed up my vehicle registration for almost a year and my guide kept saying he’d get me something to make up for the fiasco and it never happened. So there’s definitely a disconnect on how they operate on a customer service level.

I agree! I am wearing one of the official Rivian shirts right now (size large - which is my standard size in most shirts) and I swear it's wider than it is long. I keep trying to kind of tuck it back behind me, but also pull it down to meet my belt.I ordered one of their t-shirts in medium, and it's a terrible fit. I'm 6'2" and about 185-190, was hoping for something at least slightly fitted... but it's boxy AF.
