i agree...it is not that good when both my wife and I approach the r1t (or sneak up on it) with deciding who the r1t is going to recognize as the driver...it should be a no brainer that the one with the owners iPhone, key fob or card should be set to the driver

working now …got a call from service about 7pm (apparently they work long hours) telling me to do a hard reset which made the key fob work but still shows on the screen that needs to be setup and when i try it comes back with the message in the pic…oh well it works now …thanks rivian support
