Has anyone's powered Tonneau been fixed yet?

Just curious to see if anyone's has been fixed yet. Mine has been out of commission since Sep '22.

I have asked at the service centers here in portland and Tualitan and neither has seen a tonneau repair yet.

Gaithersburg, MD Service Center has parts on-hand and are actively scheduling appointments for PTC replacements.

not that I don’t believe you but the number of times I’ve gotten my hopes up for tonneau repairs only to be let down…

Just bought the Interrobang manual one for the R1t I pick up on Friday. Too much up in the air with Rivian versions and want a covered bed.

Many within our local Facebook group reported appointments being scheduled, which was accompanied with confirmation by a Rivian mobile service tech.

The same mobile service tech mentioned PTC retrofits may begin (for manual and no PTC owners) early 2025.
