Set speed settings... what about just a "resume" option?! how do you add to this and not have "resume"?! haha
What's the difference between this and resume? Surely you aren't speeding on cruise control, right?? ?

I'll be happy with speed limit setting, but would be even happier if it was like Tesla and let you set an offset (eg speed limit +7)

Love it all. Some complain about small improvements but the small have a big impact on overall usability. I love the new garage door feature added last time. Looking forward to a smoother ride.

Resume is just what it sounds like - If I canceled ACC at 43mph, when I re-engage it goes back to 43, if it was 68 it goes to 68. Make a "long" pull set to current speed, and the short tap resumes previous speed.

But I do agree that if they are going to add speed limit, they need to add the offset as well.

Looking forward to this one!

I know people love to complain about their preferred update not being implemented this month.

Personally, I'm still incredibly happy I have a car that actually gets updates. It's a great culture shift in the automotive industry, and still pretty rare. I just want to share some gratitude for this.

Using the speed limit + an offset would be great if my Rivian actually knew the correct speed limit but sadly that is about as good as it's routing and traffic data.

Still no bed camera as a backup camera for R1T? Is it really that hard?
These threads always devolve into complaints about what the update DOESN'T have. I think there are better places to talk about unrelated issues like this.

Rivian has said this is a feature they are working on, and yes, it probably does involve a lot of things outside of Rivian's control. We know from the interviews with the lead developer that there are issues involving regulatory requirements for backup cameras. If the placement of the bed camera means it doesn't have the visibility required by regulation, for example, then it could be it won't happen even though it is technically trivial to implement. A vehicle integrated safety system has strict requirements, unlike a third-party backup camera that you install yourself. It's pretty unfair to imply that the software development team is incompetent when you have no idea what is blocking this functionality.

ME. Big time. Hate the grubby smudges and finger prints on the screen. TBH, I don't really like all these screens but why fight against the tide.
Same - but I had them PPFed when I did the exterior and I got no prints / smudges. Have a faint patina of dust though after a few months.
