Sooo unfortunately I'm lemoning the truck due to it being in the shop for 3 months of the 15 I've had it.

I've got 2 sets of cross bars with keys, Husky all weather floor liners, Abstract Ocean sunroof shade , Heatshield Windshield shade and sunroof shade, floor center console organizer, and a iKamper 2.0 SkyCamp mini w/ Rocky Black Shell and shoe organizer (thinking about keeping it but open to offers)

I'm based in NorCal north of SF for anyone that wants to save on shipping.

I forgot to add that our R1T was in the shop for almost 3 weeks.....Rivian actually made our car payment for us for that month........great service!
thats great..mine been in shop for 6 times..on and off over 60 days.. still issue with steering wheel shakes..which is on going issue..

it would be interesting to see this play out for all vehicles experiencing undrivable wait times past xx days. Whether the vehicle was financed or not.

A financial incentive to improve service backlogs.

Sorry to hear that. Are you looking at getting another Rivian or just walking away all together?. I wouldn't blame you if you did.

My brother-in-law got his R1T last September and hasn't had 1 issue, we got ours and have ad a couple of issues.

I think over time, Rivian will get all the bugs figured out.

Sorry to hear that. Are you looking at getting another Rivian or just walking away all together?. I wouldn't blame you if you did.

I think over time, Rivian will get all the bugs figured out.
not sure..what i want to do..but i ask them to make things right.. i ask them to give me 20 inch wheels..but they been avoiding me..so i have not figure it out..what i want to do. i like R1T.

We were a week away from it being declared a "lemon" and they would have had to replace it or give us our money back.

As for the service, they went above and beyond. THey gave us a loaner R1T LE while they were working on ours. They had to fly out the engineer from Normal Illinois that was the specialist on our issue (Headlight system), and it took him a week to discover the issue. It has been 2 months and the R1T is running like a champ.

Glad it got sorted. What did it turn out to be? Assuming something in the wiring harness.
