Looks really close to being ready, equipment all seems to be installed.I’ve been keeping an eye on the RAN network website to see when these were going to be up. If I saw correctly, I only see two sites expected and the SA seems almost ready (I hope). That’s great news! Any idea on if it’s almost complete ?
Exactly. Places with actual service centers. How did San Antonio score these before Dallas, Austin, and Houston?
Considering they are all free to charge now, safe to say the billing isn't activated for idle fees either. EA begins billing after 10 min idle. Probably a safe bet that Rivian will eventually implement one, but will probably be once they get around to even implementing billing for anything.Does Rivian have an idle fee like others do? There will definitely be locations to jump off into off-road/natural adventure areas. At the end of the day though, chargers in locations like Big Bend, etc. would be used far less often than a charger at a mall in San Antonio. Rivian has to prioritize sites that will get more use in the short-term.I always thought that these RANs were being placed near the jump off points for off road adventure areas. A high end shopping mall in a big city seems a little Teslaish.

Because people don't generally need to use DCFC in their home town, and the service centers themselves have L2 chargers to top off any vehicles in for service.Exactly. Places with actual service centers.
