I don't know how you get around that with such sloped a-pillars tho. They clearly put in that triangle window to attempt to help.

My current vehicle has large ones too.

I think part of their girth is for structural safety as well as airbags.

Thus, it’s a design flaw. The entire truck design is Elon’s ego personified. CT should never have been designed like a dumb triangle. Its drag coefficient isn’t even that great

Yes. It‘s a bizarre design to say the least. Space X needs to send this abomination to Mars where it belongs.

I wonder what the efficiency will be compared to all the other EV trucks. The front and back slopes certainly will help.

Tesla is known to go to great extents to maximize range with motors, electronics, and shape. Anyone can put it a larger and larger battery to get more range but being more efficient vs cost & weight helps with vehicle cost and profit margins to continue building more things.

I thought this video was quite interesting.

Some of the below is about how far the 'sails' are angled in (and I thought was a surprising nugget) but the whole video is good on the front and rear air pressures.
