Seems like the R1S ramp is really slow. There's nothing about your LG/BM config that should lead to a delay.

It's boiling down to location, location, location for some folks.

We get hyper focused on configs but I think Rivian is going to attempt delivering vehicles closer to SCs. In fact I think @Administrator should add distance to SC to the delivery tracking threads.

Well, it sounds like they are making progress. Got my purchase email today along with my VIN . Looks like 4-6 weeks until delivery.

Well, this is disappointing. I logged in yesterday to update my 8 steps and they were nowhere to be found. I reached out to my guide to see if it was some sort of software glitch and here is the response I received.

Got my 8 Steps and VIN today. Signed purchase docs this afternoon and spoke to my guide. He told me my R1S is being prepped for shipment to Boston. Fingers crossed... its been a looooong time coming!

WTH... such a bummer. Fingers crossed they get you lined up with round 2 quickly. If it's "not in a condition for delivery" you probably don't want that one anyway...

Congrats! I’m in the same boat for my LE Limestone R1S. It’s on a train out west. Vin 432. Is your vin close to mine?

Same thing happened to me. I checked several times during the week and I had a VIN assigned, but I was waiting to do the 8 steps until this weekend. I logged in a couple of hours ago and now there is no VIN nor 8 steps.
I sent an email to my new guide, but have not heard back yet.

It's because they accidently put the 12v in the frunk... They got to remove that! Ha

Thought maybe they stopped all production to tighten a loose steering bolt.

I got my original VIN removed as well (11xx) and replaced with a higher VIN #. Waiting on response from guide about it all. A few other folks running into same issue with 1xxx and 11xx stacks, hopefully its not a large amount of production vehicles being recalled back..

I would imagine. But I have been diagnosed with DepRivian. Can't go much longer.
