The Ikea next to me has a chargepoint LV2 I have plugged in at. Odd they would change brands but smart because the amount of stuff my wife buys I might need a full charge to get back home.

I got lost at Ikea when I was young. Never been back since. Not even the lure of fast charging will be enough to get me back in there.

This is a bad idea. It takes too long to get in and out of ikea parking lots. Quick and easy to get to is as important as charge rate

Funny...I am. But they really have a questionable reputation.

IKEA is a great place for DCFC. Most are near big cities along major interstates or beltways, you have a food court where you can grab some food and plentiful restrooms, and obviously you can wander for 15-30 mins easy without getting bored. Bonus points if travelling with kids and you can send them into the play area for 15 mins or so.

Only problem is the chargers will be in a big box with a no-text diagram showing you how to assemble it. You'll have to bring a 7-year-old to decipher the instructions.
