I asked this in a few threads but having a single thread might be useful for people to bookmark. I'm sure RJ doesn't monitor his email directly, but for those of us who are getting the various runarounds, being able to escalate beyond our guides (who seem to be very hit/miss) is critical.

It makes more sense to me to contact general CS first about guide issues, and then Tony before bothering RJ or his assistant.

I'm told Customer Service will refer you back to your guide. Although I haven't tried it myself. Has anyone found this option effective? At this point, I'll take anyone's contact info who can resolve my plate issue. Do you have Tony's email address?

I got a reply from him (ot least it was "signed" by him). Actually got two replies.

CS will refer you back to your guide for regular questions. But if you are having *guide* issues and tell them, they'll escalate.

Temps expired 10 days ago, my guide is barely responsive and hasn't offered any concrete information on what's happening or (from what I can tell) been effective at helping resolve things. The packet was supposed to be overnighted last Thursday. It hasn't arrived and no tracking number

I spoke with my guide this past Tuesday and my packet arrived today. I would ask CS to escalate you to someone else.

If you can get in touch with Tony C that is your best bet, he is tracking this issue I believe. At least he was the one who called me about my registration issues when I escalated. You could probably guess what his email is but I don’t know for sure.

Mine expired 10 days ago as well. My Guide is extremely responsive but was getting runaround from the Title/Reg team. I now have a self reg packet on its way.

Every time I called general CS because I couldn’t get ahold of my guide, they told me I had to contact my guide for these issues. I explained that I have tried numerous times to contact my guide, left messages, etc. and their only response was: “we’re sorry but he’ll get back to you soon - I’ll ping him via our messaging system.” Granted, I never asked for “escalation” but the general CS people have never offered and I still have not heard from my guide.

Same boat here. Tag expired the 3rd week of June. Guide kept telling me since late May everything was fine and it would show up. Obviously it never did. Then I was told I could self register. But after 7 days of waiting I was then told the 3rd party company completed the registration from their end, so I now can’t self register. But it will be the 19th of July before the documents are mailed. Why 10 more days? No clue. Honestly I figure the documents won’t show up the 19th or 20th or whatever either and it will then be yet some other excuse or issue. They have at least given me a rental but of course it’s not anything close to the truck I’ve bought.

I love the R1T. But this tag issue has been a massive unforced error. The guys at the top need to be made aware what a debacle this has turned into. At this point, I will have went about 30 days without my truck—assuming the tag actually shows up the week of the 20th.
