I won't argue that's an interpretation, but when you're talking about production of a physical product I don't think it's a stretch to believe it means the physical product exists somewhere.I doubt “secured,” was ever meant as “we’re stocking them in normal.” Secured in this context means they’re under contract.
Disagree; in a business context the word “secured,” implies a contractual obligation exists. They have the parts under contract, not in-hand.
