I found this earlier posted on Reddit.
I'm not far from there, so I took a quick drive to take a few pictures. It's literally right next to the Tesla Supercharging station at Biltmore Fashion, which is a small, but higher end outdoor mall about 7 miles northeast of downtown Phoenix (for those unfamiliar with the area). The neighboring Tesla SC here has a nice big solar canopy over it. I don't think the Rivian RAN will pull any juice from the Tesla solar panels, but the Rivian RAN station is on the ground floor of a mall parking structure so there will be incredibly valuable and much needed shade during the miserable desert summers. There's also a single EVGo station about 500 feet away, but I just tried it and the CCS connector is out of order. It's only 50kW anyway. I was just trying to complete my grandfathered Auto Charge Enrollment. There's also a free L2 Volta Charging station next to a billboard on the west side of the parking lot just outside of Macy's.
RAN has 6 stations including one accessible spot. No pull through station, but it's a mall in the city, so not the best place for trailers anyway.
I honestly probably won't use this all that often despite the proximity since home charging is more convenient and much less expensive, but it's nice to know it's there just in case I ever do need it.
