It is. I got the update yesterday (VIN 27xx).Is this update actually released? Seems like there are a lot of useful things especially driver+. I seem to have not been called upon if it has
Could take up to 10 days, but most likely there will be a second release anyway given the bugs in the first. Is this update actually released? Seems like there are a lot of useful things especially driver+. I seem to have not been called upon if it has
A downright useful update for your upcoming Rivian.Anyone else thought (hoped) that email was regarding updated delivery windows???? ?
Most vehicles with air suspension have similar functionality.Kneel mode is a hack or rather an over engineered solution to the problem. Am I going to wait each time for it to lower to open the door and get down? What about wear and tear on the air suspension?
Rivian, just give a way to attach running boards if you don’t want to offer it yourself.
Trying to understand that. Do you mean that the suspension working extra say 8 times a day to either lift the vehicle or drop it is not going to cause significant additional wear and tear? Air suspensions are anyway notorious for breaking down after a while. Most vehicles with air suspension have similar functionality.
wear and tear from this is no different than regular use.
Iits not going from full height to lowest an extra 8 or whatever times. It’s dropping a couple inches.Trying to understand that. I'd imagine this rollout has been expedited because of the Halloween weekend easter egg they've included. If they push the rollout beyond this week then people will miss out on whatever they teased for this weekend.Could take up to 10 days, but most likely there will be a second release anyway given the bugs in the first.
It lowers very quickly. Unless you either unbuckle your seatbelt before you put it in park or you are the type of person who puts it into park after opening your door, you aren't too likely to interrupt it.Kneel mode is a hack or rather an over engineered solution to the problem.
