The more EV’s the better IMO
Definitely and I suspect if it looks more like a current Sierra (or at least more traditional truck like) than the EV Silverado then it will be a big winner.

Waiting for the gen 2 Lightning in 2025 would be my approach. Ford is already showing its superiority with the current Lighning weighing close to 6000 lbs.

Hmmm 400 miles I’ll believe it when I see it. No electric truck/suv has been able to break that threshold. Mayyybe with the massive over 200kwh hummer ev battery, but the truck would have to have some really good aerodynamics.

The aero doesn't need to be that great with a 200kWh battery. We have seen already that both the F150 and the Rivian are capable of >2 mi/kWh and that added weight isn't as much of a factor

Well the 9k lb hummer isn’t breaking 350 miles on range tests and rated lower by epa so weight and aero do seem to be a factor at some point.

Don't forget the 35" tire on the Hummer EV and 15% range hit on the Rivian going from a 33" AS to a 34" AT.

This literally looks like a reskinned hummer so I'd assume a lot below the belt is the same. not gunna lie, this thing is pretty appealing. But not at 107k.. good god.

I'm not going to lie, I preordered one. Because I was ordering within minutes of release I'd probably be in line sooner than my Silverado EV order and this has better styling IMO.

Also I agree $107k sucks but pretty comparable to a moderately equipped max pack with current pricing.

It’s nice looking….but not $107k nice looking……. I’d be curious how the off road version will be priced compared to the Denali.

Still have the Ram EV coming too… interesting times!
