Does anyone know what the supported PSI Range of OEM TPMS sensors is? I was planning on having Michelin Defender LTX MS2 LT 275/50R22 tires installed but the shop (Costco) will not install them because they are stating that these tires would require an operating PSI higher than the Factory TPMS can support. Rivian Support was not able to provide me any specifics. If anyone knows and can point me to Data Sheet that would be great. -Thank you!

I had these tires on my truck and the TPMS seems to work fine. I have them pumped to 60psi not 80psi though.

If the Costco tire shop says psi is too high for tpms have them show you the data sheet(source) they are referencing. If the cannot provide any they are just guessing based on problems with another vehicle’s tpms.
