Just came here via another chat ... basically I want to moan about how my delivery slot came and went but no comms from Rivian. I had to call in to find out why and even then they had no answer. Thankfully I found this about the addresses.
Why can't they just be open with us and say, "we goofed, but we're putting it right. Hold on a touch longer"? I'm cool with that. I'm less cool with having to find out via back channels.
Come on Rivian, your comms should be better than this. (rant over)
