Tesla supercharger still not listed

I am at the supercharger above concord NH off rt 4 and it is still not listed in my Rivian app or location as being available to charge non teslas . I have reported this numerous times with no fix from Rivian. Lets
Fix this as norther New England is pretty much a charging desert.

Maybe the communication has to come from Tesla?

It has been on my Tesla app for about 7 months . Also Tesla put one in southern Nashua / Tyngsboro at brewery that take non Teslas as well

Are you sure it's a V3 Supercharger or above? There are many V2 Superchargers out there that do not work with non-Teslas.

Hi. I realize that this is a but off topic but, it looks like you paid for the charging session through Rivian? Why? You paid at .49kwh, if you pay directly through the tesla app and subscribe to their supercharging monthly service ($15 a month) every time you charge its 10 cents less. If you charge alot like me, it's definitely worth it. In the mornings here in FL I pay.19kwh. I'll charge to 90% for $22ish.
Sub pays for itself after 150 kwh...

It is listed in the Rivian app... What filters do you have on?

I literally just posted a screenshot of the Rivian app showing that station. Here, I'll do it again:

Please post a screenshot of what your app is showing, and maybe your filters too. My guess is you need to change your filters.

Turn off the needs adapter filter, I think it is on by default. I have no filters on it it shows in my app.

The Rivian's mapping/charger locator is brain-dead. On a common route, it tells me to go to a Supercharger down the street from a RAN. And if I type "Rivian Adventure Network" into the search, IT DOESN'T FIND IT. WTF!

Double check your filters. Usually cause of user error.

Please post a screenshot of what your app is showing, and maybe your filters too. My guess is you need to change your filters.

1. Scroll down on your filters to show the last row of options

2. Zoom in on Concord. It only shows a limited number on the map, so a dense area doesn't show all of them.

Thanks turned off the adapter needed and turned it back on now the station appears!
