Has anyone else had a problem with the driver and passenger vents getting "stuck" or not activated on startup?

It happens on occasion, but a lot more annoying now that it's 100 degrees in FL. I'll precondition the truck, start driving and notice the door vents are blowing directly at the doors. I try to move them via the UI, but they don't respond at all.

I brought the truck in 3x for this problem. The first time, they said they couldn't reproduce it. Second time, they told me that it will be fixed in the "next' software update (was not). The third time last week, they said that there was no diagnostic code or anything and it was working as normal.

It's a 3hr rebound trip everytime I get service, plus a 1.5 month wait.

Any thoughts on how I can reproduce the issue?

I'm having the same issue. Started a few software updates ago so I'm hoping it's just a software issue. Can't seem to get the driver's side vents to point toward me vs. the window.

Typically, what worked for me in the past, is to tap on the offending vent to turn it off and then tap it again to turn it on. Most of the time it makes it so the vent will move again. Only a handful of times has it not been successful, but later it worked.

Have you tried recalibrating the vents through the Ride Menu? You Tube Link
I have done this in the past, so it doesn't work in the long term. I'll do it again as I haven't done it in a while.

Great, I'll try this out. Thanks!
