Inverter source -- main battery pack or the 12 volt system?

Anyone know whether the R1* inverter pulls energy from the main pack or from the 12 volt system?

95% sure it pulls from the HV pack directly. I believe the inverter is under the passenger seat. One of the things I plan on looking into more closely once the weather gets better.

I actually wouldn't be that surprised if it was powered off the 12V bus.
12V to 120V inverters are a dime a dozen nowadays where a 400V to 120V inverter is a very specialized, expensive piece of equipment. Easy way to find out is to look at the power input cables at the inverter.. if it is indeed 400v input, the cables will be bright orange and heavily shielded as required by law.
