well damn how does one get service there? I got booked into Bellevue for April of 2024!

I know what you mean. My appointment was to have been March 15, 2024!
Angie is in charge of the new center and she's great.
Not sure how they decide who gets moved up. Tough decision since they don't want to upset people who have been waiting a long time.
I would try to reach Angie, but I don't have a phone number for her. Call customer service?
I know that they are not planning on a full schedule until after Thanksgiving. Gives them time to work the kinks out.

my understanding is this one and theres another location in WA, i forget where are, for overflow so that they can service more vehicles. i dont think you can contact them directly for an appointment, unless you somehow got their contact info.

Well, my February 2024 SC appointment just got converted to a mobile appointment 2 weeks away. Conspiracy? Coincidence?

Either way, Rivian is making moves in Puget Sound and I LOVE it.

I had service at Auburn last week. Everybody was welcoming, cordial, and professional. Vehicle was sent for warranty work and it was performed on schedule with the upmost care in my opinion. Thanks for seeing me prior to my Bellevue service ticket.
