So Cal service backlogs have been discussed in several recent threads.

If you have an urgent issue, call they will get you in much sooner. It does seem like they need more service capacity in that region, I am sure they are working on it.

Yikes! I haven’t experienced that long of a wait time for San Diego. I haven’t needed major repairs though and the mobile service has been able to take care of things. My experience with San Diego Rivian. Service Center has been great. Usually it takes a couple of weeks to get service since I’m a couple of hours away.

Being I have an early vin, been there several times. Always had good results. Just a bit shocked to find out it takes 15 weeks to get an appointment.

I think most of socal appointments can only be made at the san diego service center. El segundo have no appointments available

Same experience here. They review and get to the more urgent issues earlier is my understanding. I dont' think this will improve with the layoffs/cost-cutting measures being undertaken

It gets worse- waited weeks to have the windshield replaced…appointment day comes up (we were expecting same day- as promised) and they tell us we will have to leave the car overnight..this is days before Christmas travel.

However, there was a piece of trim on the A pillar that was hanging out towards the driver after the service and the came to me and addressed it immediately.
