Got my truck back from service yesterday. Chelsea MA SC did a great job (as always).

Plugged it in when I got home. Started charging right away even though I have it on schedule to charge from 10:30pm-7:30am whenever I'm home. Schedule says "Paused: Away from home".

Browse over to the Truck screen and check Gear Guard. Says, "Paused: You're home".

Hmmmm..... am I home, or not?

You couldn't tell if you were home until Gary observed it.

User on Reddit let me know the fix: shut the schedule off, then turn it back on while you are home. Fixed.

Check where you set the schedule as well. The first step in creating the schedule says park outside your house. It is possible it is not using a defined home location but the GPS where the schedule was created.

On another thread someone deleted the schedule and recreated it at home and it started working.

Yes this exactly. My scheduled charging always worked (I set it at home) but the Rivian GPS never knew my home address until recently.

I had to type my address in. Wouldn't allow me to just set the GPS coordinate as "home"

I had this issue where whenever I drove it, it did the proper scheduled charging, but if my wife drove it, it started charging immediately.

I can't remember exactly what I did to fix it, but I believe I had to toggle on/off scheduling for both my phone (when connected), then turn off my bluetooth, let my wife's phone connect, and repeat.

It was very frustrating for a while but after I did this, scheduled charging has worked since.

I think if they would just allow you to set a coordinate as home location it would fix everything. I live on 33 acres and my "Home address" is hundreds of yards off...

I put a request into my Guide to make a future OTA update to NOT have GG video review come up every time you get into the car. I find it super annoying.
