Don't count on it. That's not how tech companies work. They'll ship first and debug later. Us reservation holders are going to be the guinea pigs and beta testers. And absolutely no one will cancel their pre-orders because of it. That's just not how products are sold nowadays. It's sad but don't count on Rivian having secondary services figured and running smoothly out at launch.Service & charging are still unknowns, and Rivian is going to have to address these before they start delivering. Otherwise, people will just cancel their reservations.
