Rivian layoffs on WARN report

Looks like RIVIAN is about lay off another 500 people in mid April.

Sucks for the workers who need jobs, but that means that Rivian is able to reduce its workforce and cut costs while producing more vehicles which is good for the company. This is fairly normal as they seem to over-hire when trying to ramp up. As they become more efficient and automated, they need fewer people. Nature of the business, but I think good for the long term health of Rivian.
