Rivian Confirmation Email issue

So previously I would get an automated email from Rivian whenever I made a change on my configuration. I was a bit undecisive and I changed my wheels a couple of times, but lately I'm no longer getting any of the confirmation emails from Rivian that a change to my configuration was made. Is that the case with you guys also?

Edit: looks like I lied ^^^ I just don’t make changes.

I just changed my Config yesterday, and got an email.

I get an email every day when I switch from one set of 22" wheels to the other

Check your email settings and if it looks right, call CS and let them know. I wasn't getting any emails before the call, and now everything is good.

Just realized that I lied. I did get an email when I switched back to S from T (S-T-S). I guess I need to change more stuff to get more emails
