Might need to perform the calibration. Push the window all the way down and hold it for 5 secs. Then pull it up and hold for another 5 seconds.

Sorry, but you can't fault people for being annoyed about something being broken for well over a year now. Then there's the communication that we're all getting our fixes starting in October, except nobody is getting it yet, and now we have it thrown in our faces that yep, shit's still broken, thanks for your $1,500, though!

I'm glad the software people are the same ones responsible for the tonneau fix, since mine still works and I want new software.
