R2 front A/C vents

Has anyone tried to adjust the front A/C vents on a test drive? How easy is it - this is HUGE deal for my wife. Also, the user manual doesn't clearly show if there are three vents up front or four. Has anybody noticed the actual count?

It’s pretty easy through the screen, it was just two settings for me, one on each side, got them where I wanted then never touched them again the rest of the drive.
