Anyone know the range impact to having the crossbars installed?

Just got mine, but haven't attached them yet. Interestingly, the guide says to remove when not in use, so might have an affect on aero? Can't be much though.

If those who tested it on R1 are any indication, 1% or less.

Thats strange they tell you to remove them when you’re not using them. Who does that?
