1. Automatic Blended braking, similar to what Tesla will do; apply brakes automatically when regen is cut off. Would love to see improved regen abilities as well
2. Apple CarPlay (I know, it’ll never happen)
3. Better PAAK auto-unlock performance (benchmark Tesla, please!)
4. Allow lane changes when using Driver+. In our Kia for instance, when using HDA, if you put on turn signal it’ll allow you to change lanes, then auto center to the new lane, all without having to turn anything off. This would be a great baby step to auto lane changes, which I know takes a lot more development.
5. Trailer backup assist (more for lining up the hitch)
6. Allow driver+ when towing. Benchmark BlueCruise for how it adjusts your blind spot indication when towing as well
7. Add entertainment options, but also don’t forget a web browser! It’s one way to hack in Apple CarPlay (has been done on Teslas that way)
8. Add Apple Watch support, and widgets. Allow Siri to control app/vehicle functions.
9. Allow fog lights to be on standard. But also allow fog lights to be on independent of headlights.
10. Add setting to be able to change the 12V activation to be when vehicle is fully “on” versus when it is woken up
11. Allow all vehicle settings to be unique for each driver profile (eg. Kneel mode, auto high beams, etc). Also allow unique logins for each app per driver profile (benchmark Tesla here)
12. Allow wheel/tire size updates
13. Allow pinning of quick icons to bottom of screen, similar to Tesla
14. Agree with others on altimeter, but also full off-roading menus (angles, etc) similar to what Jeeps have had for years.
15. Allow more customization of the driver screen; even making unique layouts per drive mode would be nice
16. Add more options to the rear screen. If hardware would allow it, would love to have it be a true third zone for climate control
17. Remember heated/cooled seat/wheel settings from previous drive.
18. More energy use data. Allow more past data tracking for each drive trip (or at least upload the data to our Rivian cloud/app)

2. Holiday themed modes like we got last Halloween but for Christmas and Thanksgiving too (even if purchasable.)
3. A way to change the speedometer to display different things or have it look different in different modes

1. Assuming that the front fog lights can be individually controlled, add an option to use them as cornering lamps to come on with turn signal use or when turning the steering wheel beyond a certain point at low speeds.
2. Improve the behavior of adjusting to a memory seat setting by always doing the movement that expands space before doing the movement that reduces it. For example, when the seat is positioned high and far back but moving to low and far forward, move the seat down BEFORE moving it forward to avoid the trash compactor effect. When doing the opposite repositioning, move the seat back BEFORE moving it up.

1. Flip the perspective on the AC screen to show the seats, with a semi translucent dash. So you can see what you're aiming the vents at.
2. Add a coasting drive option, with regen only engaging upon braking.
3. Somehow address the issue where the car turns off because i'm not in the driver's seat, when I'm loading my kids in the 2nd row or standing outside the car talking.

Bigger more intuitive lock all doors button when at Park for safety over riding card, key and phone app. Especially for when parked charging at night at chargers. Safety please.

When seat & steering wheel are adjusting to a driver, possibly start adjusting both seat and steering wheel at the same time. On mine, the seat adjusts first and then the steering wheel moves. It takes too long and sometimes (many times) I start driving before it is totally adjusted.

Give us the ability to unlock without having handles pop out. In downtown Atlanta, many times i do not want anyone around to realize that all my doors are unlocked.

Cruise control annoyed me this weekend and it had my think. Why cant they update it to where you tap up once it cancels the auto steering driver + tap up twice turns off all cruise? This would solve so much for me.

I second PIN to drive, but also PIN to unlock display, frunk, gear tunnel, gear guard cables. Keep the nav locked behind the display PIN so prowlers can't see my Home location.

Stargazing mode - illuminate dim red lights on exterior light bar and interior screen.

Exhume the buried odometer / efficiency info page.

Auto-change ride height at preset locations, e.g. always raise to High as I approach a particular park entrance.

Setting to disable wireless phone charger pad.

Customizable AC presets for fan orientation, temperature, intensity, etc. I like AC on my face for the first few minutes until the truck cools down, then away from my face. Also I have different fans turned on depending on if my dogs are in the back.

Customizable charger amperage presets. My 14-50 cable is plugged into a 14-30 Smartswitch for a dryer outlet. Rivian wants 40 amps, I want 24. Likewise when I charge at my friend's off-grid house, they have 14-50 but prefer a lower draw to avoid taxing their inverters.

Not targeting the classic 32oz Nalgene was a miss for sure. I don't love cramming them into the door while driving.
