I keep some camp chairs in the Frunk used almost weekly at kids’ sports. Plus charging gear, adapters and travel charger. And a recovery rope. Some day I’ll pull someone out of a ditch.

Since we aren't limited to Rivian owners, you should add an entry for "I'm a loser with an ICE vehicle and instead of a frunk, I have a dirty, noisy engine :("
That would be the box I check.
Just drive around with things on the hood!

2023 R1S OC LA Silver 21 as of 23xxx Nov 3, 2023 !!
I rarely use it because the rear of my S is easier to access in my garage.
I store charging and emergency equipment always in the sub frunk and lower wheel spare well in back.
When I transport my generational family the frunk is invaluable !
would be interesting to see this question stratified by S vs. T.

Interesting to see the different uses. I use my frunk more often because it's easier to access in the garage lol

Not sure this was mentioned but it’s also better for temporary storage of grocery items you wish to keep cold. The frunk doesn’t get as hot as the interior of the car.

Same here. Great mod, really enhanced the usability for me.
I keep my cleaning stuff like microfiber towels, Wash Wax, foam glass cleaner, and trash bags in the rear left cubby in the back. The right one contains all my towing stuff like hitch/ball/7-4 pin adapter, gloves, etc. Just another feature that I'm glad to see on the R2.
