Yes definitely call them. They were very proactive about getting mine fixed quickly. If you need to move it I had luck getting it to go into drive mode after messing with the ride height settings and drive modes. It was hit or miss but we were able to drive it up onto the tow truck and back off at the service center instead of dragging it. And it was eventually found to be a “soft set connection” somewhere, so hopefully that’s all it is in your case. I’m now two years out from this issue and that has been my only major problem with the truck. Good luck.
Thanks!
Didn’t need to call - as expected I got a call from Memphis as soon as they opened this morning. (They’ve been outstanding!) Set for a tow on Monday. (The weekend is in the way). I expect to hear something Tuesday hopefully.

@Carscott: will do and provide an update. Thanks!!

Please stick your head under the rear wheels. Look at the back of the rear calliper. Look for a black wire that goes to the rear calliper. The fittings are blue. If the fitting has come loose reconnect and problem will be solved.

At least in my case.
Alas, no luck. Nothing is loose or out of place. Bummer! Thanks!
