Panel alignment issues

I noticed that my passenger door rubs the front quarter panel when opening. I can’t open the door without damaging the quarter panel and door edge. Of course the next appt to look at it is September.

Anyone else have issues like this? I’m just wondering how successful service will be at fixing this. I already have enough issues with wind noise so I’m hoping this doesn’t make it worse.

I had a 2200 vin loaner that did that...surprised its still happening.

My vin is 309XX and delivered in March 24’. I’ve had a rain sensor failure, some trim replaced on the truck bed, steering column makes a fart noise when it moves, fan makes a weird noise likes it’s stuck when it starts and lots of wind noise at 70. So nothing that bad besides the annoying motor noise at 30mph. But clearly this is why service is so backed up. This is what they are delivering and my vehicle is relatively problem free compared to some people. I have 2k miles so time will tell how things go.
