Not preconditioning to schedule?

I've noticed over the last few days my 22 R1T that in the morning my truck is not preconditioning to schedule. I have it set to warm the cabin, seat, and wheel by the time I leave in the morning. When I head to the garage with my FOB and PaaK on me the truck doesn't seem to respond. It's set to not auto lock or unlock at home. When I go to unplug it from my Tesla UWC the charge ring is not illuminated at all and the charge cable isn't locked. The charge door touch button on the outside of the vehicle does not function despite tapping it multiple times. The screens in the vehicle are completely off until I open the door to find the cabin is not heated nor are the seats or wheel despite it being after the scheduled time. Once I open the door everything works like it should. It is like the truck is more than asleep it's unconscious. It is charged to my predefined limit though and while charging in the evening prior the screens come on as I approach with my FOB. It has a good cell and Wi-Fi connection in my garage when on.

Any suggestions or fixes?
